We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join our team at Oracle. As a key member of our software engineering division, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions on the NetSuite platform.
Key Responsibilities- Software Development: Program and develop software on the NetSuite platform, resolving development and troubleshooting issues in a timely manner.
- Problem-Solving: Work on complex problems that require analysis of various factors, evaluating conditions using multiple sources of information.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with a global team of remote team members to deliver quality feature work on time, providing technical expertise to Product Managers.
- Code Reviews: Perform peer and code reviews for other members of the team.
- Technical Experience: 4 or more years in programming or other technical implementation experience, with a solid understanding of the product development lifecycle and the ability to deliver code on schedule.
- Programming Skills: Familiarity with general programming languages, design patterns, and related concepts, with experience building web-based applications preferred.
- NetSuite Experience: Programming experience in Java, JavaScript, or NetSuite SuiteScript preferred, but not required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and English skills, with a track record of successfully working with a combination of local and remote development, QA, and technical writing teams.
- Education: Computer Science or similar degree, or equivalent experience relevant to the functional area.
As a member of the Oracle team, you will have the opportunity to work on high-level design, specify, design, and implement minor changes to existing software architecture, build highly complex enhancements, and resolve complex bugs.
