About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Operations Analyst to join our team at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. As an Account Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing the operational business relationship with our large accounts, conducting business analysis, and resolving operational issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the operational business relationship management of large accounts, including managing the operational business relationship of small, domestic accounts.
  • Conduct and review moderately complex business analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations.
  • Resolve operational issues, which may require collaboration with cross-organizational teams, in support of customer requirements.
  • Conduct research, analyze data, and present findings for projects of moderate to high complexity.
  • Perform operational performance reviews with the customer/partner and support improvement plans.
Requirements
  • First-level university degree or equivalent experience.
  • Typically 2-4 years of related experience with experience, preferably in supply chain, customer service, procurement, or financial management.
  • Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Mastery in English and local language, as well as other languages as required.
  • Intermediate understanding of core company businesses and the revenue cycle.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Basic project management skills.
