We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team at Oil And Gas Job Search Ltd. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing activities related to the design and optimization of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Launch high-complexity programs for high-pressure and high-purity applications.
- Define and execute manufacturing standards for CNC programming, tooling, and perishable tools.
- Analyze problems, propose solutions, and provide written instructions for process deviations or modifications.
- Ensure compliance with quality management system and EHS department procedures.
- Develop improvement projects to enhance process efficiency, reduce waste, and lower costs.
- Hold information meetings on department status, projects, and future plans.
Requirements
- Shown experience in manual and automated manufacturing processes.
- B.S. or equivalent experience in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving capability and analytical skills.
- Interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal skills to facilitate technical idea communication.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Continuous Improvement Projects (Kaizen).
- High experience in problem-solving tools (Pareto analysis, 5 Why's, 6 Sigma, A3s).
- CNC Programming for main manufacturers (Mazak, Okuma, Hass).
- Experience in launching new products for fabrication areas.
- Centralize programs and databases for all CNC's at fabrication areas (DNC).
- Knowledge of ISO 9000:2015 certification requirements and foundations.
- Basic knowledge of safety, ergonomics, and accident prevention concepts.
