The successful candidate for the Payroll Operations Specialist role will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing across EMEA.
You will coordinate closely with internal teams and external payroll providers to ensure seamless payroll execution, and your strong communication skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include executing day-to-day operations for Justworks' payroll system across EMEA, monitoring payroll payments, and resolving incoming payroll-related issues efficiently.
You will also be responsible for implementing and refining payroll workflows to support evolving EMEA payroll operations, while ensuring compliance with employment regulations in the UK and other EMEA countries.
In addition, you will be responsible for performing end-of-month reconciliation processes in collaboration with the Accounting team to ensure payroll accuracy.
