Job Summary

The Workflows Automation Specialist will be responsible for automating service delivery by designing and building logical flows and smart forms to improve end-user experience through digital workflows. This role requires a strong understanding of ServiceNow's functionalities and modules, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and technology teams.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and test digital workflows to digitize and automate GES service delivery using ServiceNow automation platform.
  • Provide technical support on operating services.
  • Support the digitization process by defining user stories, generating technical documentation, and providing testing support and follow-up of service configuration.
  • Ensure development standards and guidelines are followed.
  • Stay up-to-date with new released functionalities in ServiceNow.

Position Challenges
  • Learning and understanding of digitization requirements.
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology to effectively communicate and understand needs that translate into automated workflow solutions.
  • Coordinate people of diverse functional disciplines, conduct process discussions, and generate consensus agreements.
  • Instill a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Challenge existing processes to drive optimization and standardization.

Qualifications
  • English language proficiency.
  • Academic Background: Systems Engineering Bachelor's Degree or related.
  • Areas of expertise:
    • 1+ years of experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
    • 1+ years of experience in software programming related positions.
    • Experience developing web-based solutions using JavaScript, SQL,.NET, CSS3.
    • Experience configuring in ServiceNow instances desired.
    • Any ServiceNow certification(s) desired.
