We are seeking a skilled Commodity Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sourcing team, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and sourcing projects that support corporate functions such as HR, Finance, Legal, Global Sales and Marketing, and Supply Chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for corporate functions.
- Drive year-on-year improvement in total cost, quality, and service through effective supplier management.
- Collaborate with business unit managers and teams to support risk mitigation programs and processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum of three years of experience in indirect commodities and services, direct material, or strategic sourcing.
- Basic knowledge of commodities, supply management practices, and analytics.
Desired Qualifications:
- Proven experience in conflict resolution, strategy development, and project management.
- Advanced knowledge of commodities, including electronics, software, professional services, and brand label products.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Knowledge in data architecture and management applications.
