About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Technical Business Analyst to partner closely with the Product Management team to migrate our products to our strategic Entitlement solution, providing real-time access to our customers at the moment of purchase.

Key Responsibilities
  • Elicit, analyze, validate, and document clients' business needs and requirements.
  • Develop and improve business processes within the technology and business organizations, understanding client requirements and specifying and analyzing them to a sufficient or expert level of detail.
  • Recommend and validate technical solutions to meet requirements, based on an understanding of how technical solutions will impact the business and stakeholders.
  • Work on significant and unique issues, requiring evaluation of intangibles and providing solutions to complex problems.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal or external customers, collaborating with Professional Services and outsourcing functions.
  • Research and analyze current processes, recommending tools for implementation within a project department or division that meets user requirements and is cost-effective.
  • Ensure implementation follows the design and directs modifications of the design, along with ensuring system assurance methodology is followed.
About You

  • An in-depth understanding of a Business Unit or function.
  • Experience working on issues of a diverse scope, where analysis of situations requires skills and understanding of current industry trends.
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to lead significant projects, programs, and business initiatives, demonstrating creativity and ingenuity.
  • Ability to provide specialist advice to middle and senior management to resolve complex issues.
  • Anticipation of customer needs, assessment of requirements, and identification of new solutions.
  • Solving complex problems, which may be multidisciplinary or require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
  • Developing strong relationships and negotiating with key internal and external customers to identify future needs.
