Nuestra empresa ofrece una oportunidad emocionante para aquellos que buscan desafíos profesionales y crecimiento personal. Como Consultor de Campo, será responsable de reclutar y seleccionar talento para nuestros clientes, trabajando de manera independiente en diferentes zonas de la ciudad.
Sobre el trabajo:
El/a consultor/a de campo trabajará de lunes a viernes de 9:00 a.m. a 6:00 p.m. y sábados de 9:00 a.m. a 1:00 p.m., con una combinación equilibrada de trabajo presencial y teletrabajo.
Requisitos:
- Experiencia previa en reclutamiento y selección, preferiblemente con conocimientos sobre las necesidades laborales de Zapopan y su área metropolitana.
- Licenciatura concluida o experiencia equivalente.
- Excelentes habilidades comunicativas y capacidad para interactuar con personas diversas.
- Conocimiento detallado de las tendencias laborales locales y acceso a fuentes de atracción de talento.
- Presencia en bolsas de empleo y redes sociales.
- Capacidad para viajar a diferentes puntos de reclutamiento dentro de la zona.
Prestaciones:
- Comisiones por contratación.
- Pago quincenal en nómina Scotiabank y BBVA.
