**Job Overview**
As a Senior Tax Strategist, you will play a critical role in devising tax strategies to optimize cash flow and bolster net income for our clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for tax and transfer pricing inquiries, staying up-to-date on evolving tax legislation and communicating its impact to the management team.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement tax strategies to enhance cash flow and net income
* Serve as the primary point of contact for tax and transfer pricing inquiries
* Stay updated on evolving tax legislation and communicate its impact to the management team
* Support Value Added Tax (VAT) initiatives within the country
* Ensure meticulous and accurate accounting and disclosure of all taxes in accordance with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and SEC regulations
* Implement robust control mechanisms to ensure compliance and reflect the appropriate provision for future tax expenses in the Annual Operating Plan
**Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in accounting is mandatory, and specialization in tax-related studies is preferable
* Demonstrated competence in conducting thorough tax-related research and effectively handling multiple responsibilities
