Join Our Team as a Brand Manager

Servicios Comerciales Amazon Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. is seeking a data-driven, customer-focused, and innovative individual to become a vital part of our Consumables Retail team.

As a Brand Manager, you will take ownership of specific brands, driving growth and ensuring an exceptional customer experience while nurturing strong business relationships with some of the most recognized brands in the industry.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage the product portfolio of assigned brands, enhancing the user experience for customers.
  • Create comprehensive weekly performance reports.
  • Lead presentations and strategic planning sessions with vendors, serving as their primary contact.

Business Growth Support:

Contribute to business expansion by analyzing operational inefficiencies and proposing actionable solutions. This includes:

  • Enhancing customer satisfaction through high-quality product detail pages.
  • Recommending effective marketing strategies.

Key Functions:

As a Brand Manager, you will engage in various business functions, including:

  • Vendor Management: Expand product selection, onboard new vendors, and resolve pricing discrepancies.
  • Online Marketing: Optimize product page data, develop marketing plans, and enhance the customer experience.
  • In-stock Management: Monitor purchase orders, address late deliveries, and collaborate with vendors on order automation.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in account management, project management, or purchasing.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, or HTML.
  • Background in financial analysis, retail buying, marketing, or supply chain management.
