Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of Project/Program Management experience in Media or Marketing, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience managing projects with various marketing tactics/strategies, including social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Experience working with and leading marketing teams, with a strong understanding of team dynamics and leadership principles.
- Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent customer relations skills, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Organized, diligent, and master of time management, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
