  • Prepare monthly social marketing campaign outlines in accordance with the strategic communication plan, ensuring timely completion and effective execution.
  • Manage multiple and overlapping campaign schedules throughout the year, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption to marketing efforts.
  • Research current and relevant topics and information on clients/verticals managed, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of Project/Program Management experience in Media or Marketing, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience managing projects with various marketing tactics/strategies, including social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Experience working with and leading marketing teams, with a strong understanding of team dynamics and leadership principles.
  • Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent customer relations skills, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Organized, diligent, and master of time management, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Friendly, communicative people-person, with a strong ability to build relationships and collaborate with others.
