Job Summary

Expro is seeking a skilled Workshop/Maintenance Technician 3 to join our team. As a key member of our workshop team, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance, diagnoses, and repairs to a range of equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Under the supervision of our experienced team, you will undertake preventative and predictive maintenance, as well as diagnose and repair equipment in line with Expro's quality and certification standards.
  2. You will assist with the rigging up, building, and rigging down of equipment as required, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  3. As a qualified forklift driver, you may be required to drive a forklift to move, load, and unload equipment, adhering to all safety protocols.
  4. You will be responsible for conducting regular inspections of equipment and preparing the necessary documentation to ensure compliance with Expro's policies, procedures, and practices.
  5. In the event of an incident or non-conformance, you will report it promptly and in accordance with our established procedures.
  6. You will update job packs and return them to your supervisor at the end of each work period, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  7. You will work closely with internal departments, such as logistics and stores, to ensure that all necessary components and equipment are available to complete tasks efficiently.
  8. You will participate in daily meetings to discuss safety, maintenance status, and mobilization/demobilization updates, ensuring that all team members are informed and aligned.
  9. You will attend and participate in tool box talks and planning meetings as required, staying up-to-date with the latest procedures and best practices.
  10. You will maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to Expro's housekeeping standards.
  11. You will communicate effectively with your supervisor, team members, and operations personnel to ensure that all aspects of the schedule of work are discussed and understood.

Requirements

  1. Technical qualification in a relevant field.
  2. At least 2 years of previous work experience in a related product line, preferably in a workshop or maintenance environment.
