Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement tactical demand and supply plans for the 3-24 month horizon, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead the Sales & Operations Planning process, working closely with the Forecasting Leader and Life Cycle Leader, to drive continuous improvement and achieve supply performance targets.
- Monitor and analyze trends, proactively addressing risks and opportunities, and ensuring mitigation actions are agreed upon, put in place, and followed through.
- Collaborate with the local commercial team to ensure a close and clear communication channel, providing visibility of the current valid supply plan and monitoring delivery commitments.
- Establish effective action plans to better predict and control impacts of internal and external factors on product availability in the country.
- University education in a related subject, preferably with a logistics or business-related post-qualification.
- Min. 3-5 years' experience in Supply Chain, preferably within Supply & Demand Planning, Operations Management, and execution.
- Sound understanding of related local regulations and experience within Pharma (Pharmaceutical Operations, e.g., plant/manufacturing).
- Fluent written and spoken English.
