As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) for Medium Voltage and Low Voltage Switchgears in our Querétaro factories.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate customer visits for FAT activities, either in person or remotely.
- Prepare, coordinate, and follow up on customer witness tests for projects that require it.
- Ensure the coordination of areas involved with the project for the correct execution of customer witness tests.
- Direct communication with customers of the Business Units.
- Ensure the necessary documentation for customer witness tests.
- Ensure customer satisfaction at all times during the witnessing of tests.
- Ensure adherence to factory policies and standards at all times.
- Engineer title (Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Industrial, or related).
- Desirable skills: negotiation, assertive communication, leadership, organization, and customer service.
- Intermediate English (spoken, listened, and written).
- Desirable experience attending customers.
- Basic knowledge in interpretation of electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Desirable knowledge of low and medium voltage panels and/or their applicable standards.
- Management of basic electrical and mechanical tools.
- Desirable knowledge in electrical testing of medium and low voltage panels.
