About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Syncreon. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison to stakeholders throughout the project life cycle, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including feasibility studies, risk assessments, and project initiation reports.
  • Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance and direction to ensure project success.
  • Monitor project progress, deliverables, and quality assurance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure project completion.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and external suppliers to ensure project success.
  • Prepare and deliver formal presentations to colleagues and management, sharing best practices and expertise.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including launch plans, scope of work, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure that project budgets are managed effectively, and that any risks or issues are escalated to the VP Project Management and Steering Committee in a timely manner.
  • Schedule and facilitate project meetings, ensuring that all aspects of the project are dealt with professionally and efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain project evidence binders, in line with clearly documented Syncreon expectations and QS standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in a similar industry, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in developing and implementing project plans, managing project teams, and ensuring project success.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
