Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Auditor to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As an Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information, as well as maintaining the security and confidentiality of sensitive data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify and reconcile financial transactions and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct audits and reviews of financial data to identify and address any discrepancies or irregularities.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve financial processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial issues and improve overall financial performance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in auditing, accounting, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and resolve complex financial issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
