As a Verification Quality Lead Engineer, you'll be responsible for leading a team to ensure that DRAM verification design activities meet the highest standards and requirements. You'll collaborate with verification experts to identify, enable, and propagate state-of-the-art verification methodologies, strategies, and solutions across the organization.

This role is being offered in a global location, and you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with international team members. You'll be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with verification experts to identify, enable, and propagate verification methodologies, strategies, and solutions.
  • Enabling and maintaining the JAMA verification requirement management system.
  • Authoring verification training programs.
  • Participating and auditing verification activities and reviews.
  • Collaborating with international team members and managing project verification and silicon fail feedback learning processes.
  • Building solid relationships with various engineering teams, business units, and cross-functional organizations.
  • Translating strategy to action, influencing, negotiation, change management, and presentation.
  • Developing an expert-level understanding in DRAM circuit design and verification.
  • Building, managing, and mentoring a tightly coupled verification quality team.


Qualifications and skills include:

  • 5+ years of experience in VLSI Circuit Design or Verification.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Effective consultative and influencing approach, including solid technical writing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, planning, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Acute project management skills.
  • Experience with requirements management tools, e.g. JAMA.
