The Business Development Officer is a key role within Citi's Consumer Sales division. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients in the Pyme segment, providing high-value services and advice on segment products.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Serve a consolidated client portfolio, supporting the fulfillment of sales goals for the segment in the assigned geographical area.

- Support the financial planning client engagement and help drive results of Financial Advisors, including core data entry functions, interpretation of investment statements, and other documents.

- Ensure advisory standards, process, and controls are adhered to, and technical knowledge on investments, superannuation, insurance, and financial planning is kept up to date.

**Requirements:**

- 0-2 years relevant experience in sales of financial products.

- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, ability to work to deadlines, and is highly motivated and result-driven.

**Education:**

Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
