About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer/Business Intelligence Specialist to join our Measurement Standards and Compliance (MSC) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing data sets to assess quality and timeliness in our internal executions and client deliverables, as well as facilitating internal and external audit deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain software solutions using Alteryx, Tableau, PostgreSQL, Databricks, Spark, SQL, and Python.
  • Collaborate with Operations, project managers, architects, other developers, DBAs, and business stakeholders to develop solutions and work across multiple time zones.
  • Support the maintenance of existing software solutions and create and modify computer programs as necessary for external and internal audit requirements.
  • Identify and evaluate data extractions for operational efficiency and summarize, document, and communicate software modifications to audiences of varying levels of subject matter expertise.
  • Stay up-to-date with developments in implementation techniques and/or methodologies and changing technologies in the marketplace and proactively identify applications of these latest developments to improve existing solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Programming, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of related experience in software development using Tableau, Alteryx, PostgreSQL, SQL, Python, and big data technologies and platforms (e.g., Databricks, Spark).
  • Advanced communication skills in English and Spanish.
