Job Title: MRO-MRP Buyer

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced MRO-MRP Buyer to join our team at Wattera De México. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for maintaining control of all raw material purchasing transactions for mold manufacturing, developing national and international suppliers, and ensuring knowledge of Incoterms and customs costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Search and evaluate suppliers of different types, including MRO/MRP, machinery, and equipment from international reputed manufacturers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of raw materials.
  • Manage and track supplier performance, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of procurement processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements to ensure optimal procurement strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP system procurement for purchasing fixed assets, raw materials, and MRO for mold manufacturing.
  • Experience in CAPEX projects for equipment and facilities.
  • Proven track record of closing international purchases and experience in team handling.
  • Advanced English essential.
  • Basic knowledge of material technology and customs procedures.
