Salesforce Developer

**Key Qualifications:**

• At least 4+ years of experience in Salesforce development projects, with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and its ecosystem.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) implementations, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality, user-centric solutions.

• 2+ years of experience in designing and developing enterprise integration solutions using standard, SOAP, and RESTful services, with a focus on scalability and reliability.

• Strong understanding of relational databases and object-oriented coding principles, with experience in developing high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code using Apex, SOQL, and Apex Triggers.

• Knowledge of security models and techniques within the Salesforce environment, with experience in implementing secure and compliant solutions.

• Experience in developing custom Lightning Components using Aura and Lightning Web Components, with a focus on delivering modern, responsive, and engaging user experiences.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in LWC development, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code.

• Experience with Sales and Service Cloud, Case Management processes, and UI frameworks such as jQuery, JSON, XML, HTML, and JavaScript.

• Experience in SFDX, CI/CD tools (GitHub, Microsoft Azure DevOps, etc.), with a focus on delivering automated, scalable, and secure development pipelines.

• Experience working with Visual Studio Code and source version control tools like Git, with a focus on delivering high-quality, collaborative, and version-controlled code.

• Experience with agile methodologies, with a focus on delivering iterative, incremental, and customer-centric solutions.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

**Responsibilities:**

• Design and develop custom solutions in the Salesforce platform, including but not limited to, Apex, LWC, Triggers, JavaScript, Flows, Approval Processes, assignment/escalation rules, and other Salesforce automation features.

• Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to analyze requirements, design, and develop solutions that meet business needs and objectives.

• Contribute to conducting code reviews to ensure that code quality is at the highest level possible, with a focus on delivering maintainable, scalable, and secure code.

• Troubleshoot issues, identify complex problems, and analyze potential solutions, including workarounds, and provide timely fixes to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
