We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Finance Work Stream Triage Lead to join our team at Information Technologies Consultant Home S.A. De C.V.

About the Role

As a SAP Finance Work Stream Triage Lead, you will be responsible for the initial triage and categorization of support tickets, working closely with super-users on priorities, test coordination, and issues resolution related to SAP solution/configuration.

You will also be responsible for close coordination with the S/4 Program Delivery team, management of ticket queues, and expertise in SAP Acct and Financial Close, SAP Finance, SAP S/4HANA Service, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), and Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
