Additionally, this position will lead initiatives to increase throughput, reduce costs, and improve performance in constrained areas.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze workforce utilization, facility layout, and operational data to determine efficient utilization of workers and equipment
- Design, execute, and optimize overall flows of material, WIP, and FGI in the factory floor
- Lead initiatives to increase throughput, reduce cost, and improve performance in constrained areas like Back End, Front End Operations & Supply Chain
- Recommend methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- English advanced proficiency
- Expertise in Lean Manufacturing
- Preferred experience in Electronics manufacturing
- Strong knowledge on manufacturing capacity calculation
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on demand
- Proactive team player with excellent problem-solving abilities
