- Interpret tax laws, assess risks, and provide recommendations to optimize compliance and tax efficiency
- Maintain tax records, document transactions, and support tax-related financial reporting
- Work closely with internal teams and external tax advisors to manage tax-related inquiries and compliance processes
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency of tax operations and ensure compliance with evolving tax regulations
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in tax-related roles, preferably in multinational companies
- ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Excel (intermediate to advanced level)
- English Level: B2- C1 (Practical functionality in an international business environment)
- Analytical Thinking – Ability to interpret tax laws and assess financial risks
- Attention to Detail – Ensuring accuracy in tax filings and financial reporting
- Problem-Solving – Identifying and resolving tax-related challenges efficiently
