Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Life Guard to join our team at The Westin Resort & Spa Puerto Vallarta. As a Life Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests while they enjoy our pool facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor the pool area for potential hazards and take proactive measures to prevent accidents
  • Provide assistance to guests in need, including administering first aid and CPR as necessary
  • Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and certification programs to stay up-to-date on the latest safety protocols and techniques
Requirements
  • CPR Certification
  • First Aid Certification
  • Fitness Equipment Certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies as needed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
