Household Underwriting Coordinator

**About the Role**

At Allstate, we're committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers. As a Household Underwriting Assistant, you'll play a critical role in supporting our underwriting team in reviewing quotes, new business submissions, endorsements, and renewal policies for eligibility.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Complete renewal pre-reviews and approve renewal referrals within authority.
• Review inspection reports and determine if additional underwriting review is required.
• Produce written correspondence to be sent to agents and customers for compliance purposes.
• Assist underwriters by reviewing fleet accounts to determine if all required information is provided.
• Complete fleet pre-reviews and set up the fleet underwriting tool.
• Decline submissions that are significantly outside of underwriting guidelines.
• Amend or update quotes based on instructions from underwriters.
• Perform pre-underwriting reviews of new and renewal business to determine completeness.
• Document observations made during pre-reviews of files to assist underwriters.

**Requirements**

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• 0-2 years of experience (preferred).
