About the Role
The People Experience Advocate will manage the day-to-day operations of our biggest client, providing assistance to our team members. Key responsibilities include onboarding new hires, maintaining records, facilitating performance development programs, and supporting engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, update, and maintain team members' information in our systems.
- Ensure compliance with onboarding initiatives, including orientation, compliance courses, and submission of pre-boarding requirements.
- Respond to PX Helpdesk inquiries and concerns of team members assigned to you.
- Provide necessary education and materials to managers and employees, including workshops, manuals, employee handbooks, and standardized reports on labor, culture, and employment-related topics.
- Assist with team member communication and feedback through company meetings, suggestion programs, employee satisfaction surveys, newsletters, employee focus groups, and one-on-one meetings.
- Recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.
- Help in culture building, particularly in embracing our Core Values and practicing what a Boldr leader should be.
- Ensure all internal changes affected by Management and PX are documented.
- Assist with offboarding processes.
- Other clerical and administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
