Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our team in Tlalnepantla, Mexico. As a key member of our Product Quality, Safety, and Compliance function, you will be responsible for ensuring our products comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement regulatory affairs strategies to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess regulatory business risks and opportunities.
  • Provide regulatory expertise for technical regulatory developments and respond to challenges and crisis management.
  • Ensure ingredients, product composition, claims, and labeling compliance are within applicable regulations and company policies.
  • Provide guidance to stakeholders on developments in regulatory affairs, support regulatory impact assessments, and change management.
  • Develop and maintain regulatory affairs tools and further develop knowledge of regulatory, science, and nutrition risks and opportunities in the market.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Food Science or Nutrition.
  • 1-2 years of experience in regulatory or related fields at a global food manufacturer.
  • Strong attention to detail and passion for advancing regulatory compliance technical skills.
  • Ability to execute daily activities and demonstrate reliability.
  • Proficient in Spanish and English language skills and translation.
