Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Cei Fleet Collision And Safety. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficient in English language (written and oral)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the vehicle management or related financial/asset-based industry
  • Knowledge of leasing, rates, terms, financing alternatives, billing, vehicle expense reporting, service cards, and other industry-specific concepts
