**About the Role**
At Segula Technologies, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team in Puebla, Mexico. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating activities related to the manufacturing and operation of electrical panels, tool assembly, and electrical installation of production lines.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure the completion of electrical construction of panels, tools, and project/cell assembly based on the approved budget and schedule.
- Ensure contractual compliance and qualitative standards of the company in alignment with project specifications.
- Manage and update processes under your responsibility for the development of assigned projects, guaranteeing compliance with quality standards.
- Continuously manage and improve the customer experience with our organization.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Robotics, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supervising electrical projects and/or in similar roles.
- Project Management, knowledge in Electrical Installation, electrical construction, knowledge in programming, knowledge in PLC.
- English B2.
