About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor De Logística to join our team at Recrew. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of logistics activities, imports, transportation, and customs clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage imports of raw materials and exports, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Schedule and monitor customs collection of client's empty containers.
  • Monitor import/export processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Quote extraordinary shipments, including expedited and prototype deliveries.
  • Quote regular shipments/collections, ensuring optimal routing and cost-effectiveness.
  • Create and track parcel letters, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Prepare and follow up on consignment letters, ensuring smooth communication with clients and suppliers.
  • Carry out guides and tracking for UPS, DHL, and FedEx parcels, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Design and optimize dairy routes, reducing transportation costs and improving efficiency.
  • Monitor area budget and expense accounts with suppliers, forwarders, and AA, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
  • Approve petitions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Shipment tracking, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Keep daily control of ordinary/extraordinary shipments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Validate weekly/monthly billing with finances, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
  • Collect and send payment requests to finance, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
  • Validate transits and report weekly payments with finances, ensuring accurate and timely payment.
  • Optimize transportation, reducing costs and improving efficiency.
  • Customs consolidation, ensuring accurate and timely clearance.

Requirements:

  • ERP experience, with knowledge of supply chain management and ECR.
  • Supplier negotiations, with a focus on cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
