About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Merchandising Manager to join our team at Sephora. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for executing institutional campaigns, brand new launchings, seasonal product updates, and visual merchandising initiatives across all open-door retail locations in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and brand awareness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of brand DNA across all locations
  • Manage project-related materials, documents, sales, and records
  • Assist with new store decorative installations and renovations
  • Drive open sell merchandising processes for all open sell locations, new doors, retrofits, and updates
  • Support local store maintenance requests
  • Track key drivers and follow animation and special actions to achieve sales results
  • Produce visual merchandising communication materials and Sephora execution guidelines for internal and external reviews
  • Partner with external vendors on graphic and fixture updates to ensure proper execution
  • Review and approve fixture drawings, costs, prototypes, graphic strips, and retailer proofs
  • Manage budgets and project timelines
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the beauty industry
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, fashion merchandising, graphic design, or equivalent
  • Fluent English
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, IWD, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to proactively identify potential issues or delays
  • Ability to independently push projects forward and deliver updates on time
