We are seeking a highly skilled General Production Supervisor to join our team at North American Production Sharing De Mexico Sa De Cv. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for directing and coordinating the activities of a production area or shift to meet quantity and quality specifications.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Direct and coordinate the activities of a production area or shift through subordinate supervisory personnel.
- Review production orders or schedules to ascertain product data, such as types, quantities, and specifications, to plan operations according to quantity and quality specifications.
- Plan and coordinate with the production manager to establish priorities and sequences for manufacturing products, utilizing knowledge of production processes and methods, machine and equipment capabilities, and manpower requirements.
- Prepare operational schedules and coordinate manufacturing activities to meet specifications, reviewing production and operating reports to solve operational manufacturing and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays.
- Inspect machines and equipment to ensure specifications, operational performance, and optimum utilization.
- Evaluate the performance of subordinates and recommend development plans.
- Develop, modify, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOP) of the production function.
**Requirements:**
- Engineering or other professional degree or equivalent experience.
- More than 5 years of managing production programs and supervising personnel.
- Intermediate level of English fluency (technical reading and conversation).
**Working Conditions:**
Full-time, indefinite-term employment. Salary: $1.00 - $2.00 per month. Day shift. On-site employment.
