About the JobWe're looking for a Sourcing Associate to join our team and help us build candidate networks through various sourcing techniques. As a Sourcing Associate, you'll work effectively with our internal and external partners to source and generate candidate leads.
Key Responsibilities- Interact with applicants and respond to initial inquiries and concerns through various platforms.
- Process and track applicant job submissions.
- Source and generate candidate leads to meet current hiring requirements.
- Manage sourcing channels, including online platforms, referral programs, and external events.
- Create strategies to meet partner requirements.
- Conduct and request tests needed for hiring.
- Recommend ways to improve the recruiting process.
- Participate in job fairs and hiring events.
- Create and host various promotions and activities.
- Promote recruiting using job portals, social media, and other tools.
- Build relationships with internal employees.
- A college degree or certificate (preferred) or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Minimum 1 year experience in BPO Recruitment/Sourcing.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, always changing environment.
- The ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
- The ability to effectively interact and build relationships with employees at all levels and diverse backgrounds.
- A creative and resourceful attitude to find the perfect candidates.
