Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality and Dimensional Specialist to join our team at Stellantis. As a key member of our Quality and Project Management department, you will be responsible for coordinating quality activities related to Battery Tray and Pack, managing program milestones, and ensuring compliance with maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate quality activities for Battery Tray and Pack, ensuring adherence to standards and regulations.
  • Manage program milestones, including training for personnel and standardization of SMP, SOP, and Quality matrix.
  • Ensure inventory management, including spare parts availability and maintenance of correct compliance with maintenance activities.
  • Develop projects to reduce Transformation Cost and perform benchmarking strategies with sister plants to determine actions to avoid injuries.
  • Coordinate technical training to meet required levels for Leak Test machine and process, welding instructor, and sealer.
  • Manage resources to prevent online production losses using SPW methodologies.
  • Organize Plant & Quality resources to efficiently lead efficiencies on the implementation of projects during Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling, and Closing processes.
  • Support Toluca Battery Package as a leader within the organization, implementing Early Equipment Management (EEM) Pillar through application of principles and tools.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in quality management and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Experience with inventory management and maintenance activities.
  • Knowledge of SPW methodologies and Early Equipment Management (EEM) principles.
