The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Development Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Growmodo GmbH. As a key member of our web development team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our web projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Collaborate with our development team to deliver projects that exceed client expectations.
  • Customer Growth: Develop and implement strategies to encourage clients to upgrade and maintain long-term relationships with us.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee the QA process for all web development projects, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor our development team in best practices and QA processes, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Version Control: Manage code using tools like GitHub, ensuring that our development process is efficient and effective.
Requirements
  • Front-End Development: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience in creating modern web pages that are both visually appealing and highly functional.
  • CMS Expertise: Hands-on experience with a CMS, such as Shopify, WordPress, or HubSpot, with the ability to customize themes, manage plugins, and optimize performance.
  • Page Builders: Proficiency with popular page building tools like Elementor, WPBakery, or Divi, with the ability to create custom layouts and troubleshoot issues.
  • Version Control: Proficiency with Git for version control, including branch management, merging, and collaborating via platforms like GitHub or Bitbucket.
  • Quality Assurance: Experience leading a team and/or implementing QA processes in a web development setting, with a strong understanding of automated testing tools and methodologies.
