About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Solutions Architect to join our team at NTT DATA Services. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for working with internal business customers, product managers, systems analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advocate and augment the principles of information technology strategies to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and suppliers to establish high-level solution intent and develop solution information models and documentation requirements.
  • Work closely with enterprise architects to develop cloud modernization strategies that align with our organization's business and cloud strategy.
  • Participate in planning, definition, and high-level design of solutions and explore alternative solutions.
  • Analyze the IT environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement.
  • Define and communicate a shared technical and architectural vision to ensure the system of solution under development is fit for its intended purpose.
  • Describe the solution context and solution intent, analyze technical trade-offs, determine primary components and subsystems, identify interfaces and collaborations, define non-functional requirements, and work with the product team to ensure fitness for purpose.
  • Provide technical leadership for the evolving architectural capabilities of the entire solution as part of product and project delivery.
  • Facilitate the evaluation and selection of software product standards and design standard software configurations.
  • Work closely with project or product teams to ensure execution of plans.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience as a Solutions Architect with strong experience with enterprise architecture frameworks.
  • Enterprise-scale technical experience with public and private cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management.
  • Experience in providing solutions using MS Power Platform.
  • Experience in analyzing business requirements along with government regulations to develop a conceptual network design.
  • Experience in architecting solutions related to IoT deployment and micro-segmentation.
  • Good understanding of network devices, security, and capabilities from industry-leading vendors.
  • Experience with Lean Portfolio Management facilitation at the program, portfolio, and executive level.
  • Expertise in technologies, client-server, and database-related mission-critical business projects.
  • Mentor and provide knowledge training to team members, report design best practices, coding standards, etc.
  • Extensive experience in systems analysis and design in large systems environments.
  • Leadership, mentoring, and interpersonal skills required, collaborative style with the ability to influence.
  • Ability to effectively communicate abstract concepts and technical information to both non-technical and technical staff.
  • A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines.
  • A passion for the user experience and their success.
  • Flexible by nature, able to find a work-around when needed.
