Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from need formulation to delivery of first industrial production, ensuring timely and quality launches.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning and Execution
  • Develop and manage project plans, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customers, sales, marketing, and manufacturing sites.
Risk Management and Mitigation
  • Identify and proactively address potential risks and issues.
  • Develop and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Quality and Performance
  • Ensure technical approval from customers and stakeholders.
  • Guarantee global and operational transfer of projects to the plant until production is stabilized.
Communication and Collaboration
  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
  1. Experience and Education
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in project management, with direct client interface and product development.
  • Experience in packaging and fast-moving consumer goods industries is preferred.
Knowledge and Skills
  • Fluent in written and oral English.
  • Knowledge of injection molding and mold design/development is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Project Management (PMI certification a plus).
Leadership Skills
