About the Role

Aptiv Plc is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Lead to join our team in Linares, Nuevo León. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client orders, establishing strong relationships with internal teams and external customers, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client orders and meet established delivery deadlines
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers
  • Review customer placement orders and identify areas for improvement
  • Conduct Waterfall Analysis and Release Coverage Coordination
  • Main Coordinator for Customer Updates and PF Control / CR Follow-Up
  • Monitor Portals and follow up on Idocs Process and ASN Correct Transmission
  • Escalate delivery risks and ensure effective Debits Control and Follow-Up
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Proven experience working with automotive OEM customers
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to guide teams towards success
  • ERP-SAP knowledge and effective communication skills
  • Deep understanding of PC&L functions
