**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage projects from inception to delivery, ensuring they meet cost, time, and quality requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, setting and managing expectations to fulfill project objectives and commitments.
  • Coordinate project-related communication with customers, including organizing project kick-off and follow-up meetings, dispatching external project reporting, and addressing customer technical questions.
  • Lead and coordinate all aspects of the Thales organization from project launch to customer delivery, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Organize internal project meetings, manage project risks and impacts, and dispatch internal project reporting.
  • Ensure consistent and on-time issuance of detailed specifications, project test plans, and test results.
  • Manage bug reporting and correction, and lead the acceptance and delivery process.
  • Transfer projects to the maintenance/support team as needed.

**Requirements**

  • Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Technical knowledge, project management, and integration expertise.
  • Previous experience in a relevant field, such as smartcard, embedded software, or services provider background, telecom, or secure transactions area.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, customer and business orientation, organization, autonomy, rigor, ability to work under pressure, teamwork, good interpersonal skills, creativity, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and a positive attitude.
