About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Planning Engineer to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our industrial maintenance team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance strategies to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and review maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime
  • Analyze and propose spare parts requirements for equipment
  • Work with Industrial Engineering, Logistics, and Operations teams to identify and mitigate high-risk areas
  • Provide technical support to maintenance teams on concepts and effective working methods
  • Implement procedures to ensure compliance with ISO standards
  • Monitor and analyze equipment status through our CMMS system
  • Develop and recommend tools and methods to improve equipment reliability
  • Train maintenance teams on maintenance software and create training materials
  • Collect and analyze data to present KPIs and reports to supervisors
  • Develop and explain balance sheet scorecards for supervisors
Requirements
  • Professional Engineering Degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology or relevant field
  • Minimum of three to 5 years of relevant experience in industrial maintenance
  • Good knowledge of factory maintenance operations and building maintenance
  • Knowledge of total productive maintenance and lean production
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
