**Key Responsibilities**

  • Partner with procurement teams to develop and execute the rollout plan for the use of Oracle Procurement.
  • Administer the addition and removal of users, manage buyer assignment rules, and coordinate across functional teams.
  • Manage category administration, default costing, and monitor requisition/purchase order aging.
  • Monitor invoices that are not matched properly, root cause and remediate repeat issues, and resolve errors in interface tables.
  • Manage approval workflows, identify and transition vendors to Oracle Business Network for electronic transmission.

**Oracle Supplier Portal Administration**

  • Partner with teams to develop and execute the rollout plan for the Oracle Supplier Portal.
  • Manage access to the Oracle Supplier Portal, maintain supplier qualifications, and provide login information.
  • Monitor portal usage, drive supplier compliance with company process and policy, and engage suppliers to transact with Trinity in the most cost-efficient manner.
  • Review supplier requests for completeness, prepare and deliver supplier training, and coordinate with US and Mexico teams on specific supplier portal setup and maintenance.
  • Monitor and resolve errors in interfaces, assist with establishing and maintaining policies, and serve as a primary liaison with purchasing teams and business units.

**Requirements**

  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies for managed processes and serve as a primary point of contact for audit inquiries.
  • Achieve established SLAs and KPIs for areas of responsibility.
