Job Summary:
The Senior Digital Commerce Project Manager drives team efficiency and effective delivery of digital commerce technology projects through agile and hybrid project management processes.
Main Responsibilities:
Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, retrospective, and other agile-related meetings.
Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables in both agile and hybrid project environments.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives and milestones are met.
Identify, analyze, and remove impediments to team progress in all types of project environments.
Foster collaboration and communication between team members, stakeholders, and other internal and external parties.
Requirements:
Experience in agile project management and Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
Understanding of digital commerce technology.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Adaptability to different project management methodologies.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Certification in Scrum or Agile methodologies is a plus.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
