About the Role

Mccormick & Company, Incorporated is seeking a highly skilled HR Systems Operations Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our HR systems, ensuring accurate and timely data processing for multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owns the 'Manage Pending Hire' process for all MPS supported locations in LATAM & APAC regions, working closely with Talent Acquisition Recruiters and Location HR to ensure proper and timely setup of new hires, rehires, promotions, and transfers.
  • Creates new foundational objects upon request and based on larger organizational changes, including creation of positions and position attributes, departments and org unit attributes, and monitoring of jobs and validation of job attributes.
  • Monitors OM content type replication failures daily, makes corrections as necessary to resolve errors for successful replication, and provides detailed analysis of OM related replication failures, identifies root cause, and makes recommendations to improve processes to prevent recurrences.
  • Works with HR Data Scientists to develop and validate automated routine reports for OM data monitoring to proactively identify OM related errors/discrepancies and leads the process of data corrections.
  • Manages initial access setup for position changes, proactively working with IT to ensure minimal disruption to existing access as employees transition to new roles within the organization.
  • Works with Location HR to manage retroactive OM updates to ensure changes will not create downstream issues to data management processes, existing integrations, and/or payroll/finance related processes.
  • Assists with special projects, including configuration testing, integrations, and data mapping, and ad-hoc report requests.
  • Provides assistance and OM related direction to non-MPS supported locations and coordinates global data OM maintenance as necessary.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business, Finance, or HR, or related system experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 1-3 years' experience in HRIS data management in a multinational company with experience of high-volume data processing for multiple countries.
  • Taking Initiative, Tenacity to keep data root cause analysis, process improvements, and cleansing efforts moving forward.
  • Proactive mindset to prevent future data-related issues.
  • Building collaborative relationships and regular communication with regional and global partners.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel with experience using advanced functions for the purpose of data comparisons/validation.
  • Project and change management.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Influence to ensure data accuracy efforts are a priority.
  • Ability to work within virtual teams across all regions of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of automation processes performed with HRIS system, including basic understanding of robotics functionality.
  • Knowledge of OM related data management processes and data replication.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages, primarily English and Spanish.
