Ergonomics Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ECN Coordinator to join our team at Johnson Controls. As an ECN Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our engineering processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement ergonomic solutions for products and processes from design stage.
• Lead savings projects related to Value Added (VA) initiatives.
• Coordinate and control engineering information in the SAP System, providing consultancy to product engineers as a super user.
• Participate in the development of warranty reduction strategies.
• Maintain daily relationships with support departments.
• Ensure cost reduction initiatives are implemented at the factory.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within production and other departments.
• Apply analytical skills to resolve critical issues, demonstrating success in project implementation using innovation, adaptability, teamwork, communication, and self-motivation.
• Report injuries, accidents, unsafe acts/conditions, and occupational health problems, taking corrective measures and supporting investigations.
• Comply with all security practices, systems, and rules established in the company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Mechatronics engineering.
• English proficiency of 70% or higher.
• Minimum two years of experience in statistics, continuous improvement, negotiations, samples, etc.
• Professional recognition and industry networking are desired, with the ability to speak to large audiences.
• Able to lead and direct diverse teams, with teamwork as a plus.
• Able to travel up to 50% of the time, with strong personal computer working capabilities in MS Office Suite, etc.
