About this Role
This position will be responsible for leading our global IT asset management program, leveraging our policies, procedures, and activities within our ServiceNow instance and other integrated platforms. The successful candidate will be a subject matter expert in infrastructure, project management methodologies, process improvements, and familiarity with IT asset management, with experience using ServiceNow for executing both hardware and software asset management.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, maintain, improve, and support hardware lifecycle asset management policies and procedures.
- Work closely with the Asset Management team, suppliers, customers, and other supporting team members to enable and improve the lifecycle management of hardware assets.
- Develop and implement process improvements in areas where existing approaches are immature or non-existent.
- Contribute to the development of Asset Management strategy and guide the team in implementing best practices.
Requirements
- Strong background in project management, process improvement, and asset management principles.
- Experience with IT asset management and ServiceNow.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
