Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Master Planner to optimize our production processes and ensure seamless delivery of customer orders. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating and enforcing production programs, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and communicating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and enforce production programs to meet customer demand and sales targets.
  • Analyze daily production plan vs actual activity and variations to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement optimal antenna production sequences to minimize model changes.
  • Maintain strong communication with production, engineering, quality, warehouse, and material planning teams on programming changes.
  • Collaborate with material planning and purchasing teams to ensure component supply plans align with production requirements.
  • Identify potential production plan restrictions and present solutions to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English (essential).
  • Experience with SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Customer Service experience is required.
  • Production programming experience is essential.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
