Mir Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Mir Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth implementation and maintenance of an Engineering Change Notice System at Rockwell Automation. This position requires a strong understanding of product development, implementation, and change management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and deviations in SAP, ensuring accurate and complete documentation.
• Prepare and review process and status reports, assign and monitor document numbers, and review documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Responsible for data changes in SAP, including creating and modifying Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, field operations, and marketing teams to ensure timely and effective implementation of changes.
• Maintain accurate files of engineering drawings and ensure documents meet production standards.
• Support production lines with design and problem-solving expertise, including changes in schematics, layouts, and order changes.
• Resolve doubts in product design and validate part number substitutes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• English proficient level.
• At least one year of experience in a similar position.
• SAP experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel) and experience with LVMCC (desirable).
