Drive business outcomes in Mexico and Colombia by leading Customer Care and Business Planning performance, balancing resources, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Deploy practices, procedures, and standards aligned with regional SC Management and Regional Planning to deliver best-in-class service at a cost-effective manner.

Lead the S&OE process to achieve service, profitability, and cash targets, and serve as the SPOC for the commercial team on service, materials, availability, and logistics matters.

Work collaboratively with regional planning and T&D teams to define production, inventory, and airfreight strategies and ensure cost-effective and timely customer demand fulfillment.

Act as the SPOC for Customer Experience, Planning, and Transport & Distribution in Firnin and work with Commercial and Regional Teams to define collaborative agendas with Key Clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and lead initiatives to drive significant improvements in customer satisfaction and cost savings.
  • Collaborate with regional planning and T&D teams to define production, inventory, and airfreight strategies.
  • Ensure cost-effective and timely fulfillment of customer demand.
  • Lead S&OE for MX and CO and work collaboratively with Commercial for Inventory Losses, NPI, and discontinuation.
  • Act as the SPOC person for Customer Experience, Planning, and Transport & Distribution in Firnin for any escalation or projects.
  • Work with Commercial and Regional Teams to define collaborative agendas with Key Clients.

You Bring

  • Graduation in Supply Chain/Planning or correlated areas.
  • 10+ Years of previous experience.
  • Advanced English and Spanish.
  • APICS or Correlated Certification are desired.
  • Business Acumen.
  • Leadership, collaboration, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Technology savviness.
