Key Responsibilities:- Interpret clinical protocols and customer requirements to create ICON Patient Platform designs and non-Patient Platform component specifications.
- Collaborate with project team leads and people leaders to ensure design meets customer and clinical trial needs.
- Identify and troubleshoot bugs or configuration issues in clinical systems.
- Develop and maintain high-level system requirements documents.
- Lead specification review meetings and obtain required approvals for system component releases.
- Experience in working within the clinical trial industry.
- Familiarity with clinical systems and data management.
- Ability to plan and design patient platform components from low to medium complexity clinical trial protocols.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
